Whirly-Girl Jessica Kanellos knows a thing or two and wants to share.
Jessica is first and foremost a mother to two beautiful boys, but also finds the time to be a flight instructor in helicopters, having also had to put her skills into practice when surviving a catastrophic failure of the engine of the Schweitzer 300 she was flying. Walking away without a scratch. When Jessica is not heroicly saving the lives of her students from impending doom, she is the Vice President of the “Whirly Girls” organization. Created to promote women in rotary aviation, signing on to contribute as a columnist in September of 2015, heading up the editorial content for the Whirly-Girls section of the magazine while also organizing the Whirly-Girls newest event as the chairman of the “give it a whirl” event held at each years Heli-Expo to highlight helicopter aviation to children in the local area.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
